Couples Support Group
This group is intended for parents of children with Reactive Attachment Disorder (RAD)
Have you:
• struggled in your marriage due to the stress of parenting a child with RAD?
• felt that you and your spouse are on opposite pages at times?
• had anger or resentment build up between you and your spouse, as a result of parenting a child with RAD?
If you answered YES to any of the above, this group could be the
beginning of the healing that can happen in your marriage…
This group will follow a curriculum, but the focus will be on group discussion.
Group members will never be pressured to talk, but a willingness to share/talk/process through your situation/experiences in the group setting will ultimately lead to healing.
This group format will allow couples to come together to work on healing their marriage, while listening to others who are walking through similar struggles.
Research shows that group counseling can offer the opportunity for healing when members are in the company of those that have walked similar paths.
